VideoEgg was born in early 2005 when David Lerman, Matt Sanchez and Kevin Sladek were trying to crack the code on all things video. At the time, the three Yale grads were involved in a social venture that was matching non-profit organizations who needed public service announcements (PSAs) with a nationwide network of filmmakers who were itching to make video with their digital cameras and desktop editing packages.
